Brunch at Zazu

I went here this weekend.

We sat outside in the gorgeous sunshine, with Pacino asleep under the table, feasting on southwestern eggs benedict with tabasco hollandaise and a dutch baby pancake served with fresh strawberries and lemon. Sparkling mimosas were in hand.  

It was a beautiful Sunday morning.

I may have also taken home one of these.


Yes that's bacon on top. :)  And maple icing.

  3. Bacon topped sweets are all the rage here in NYC, I haven't tried them quite yet, but soon enough. Sounds like a great combo...and a great restaurant!
